ARC: Adding an addition, pool, outbuilding, fence, or other permanent structure to your lot?
Per the governing documents, you must submit an Architectural Review Committee (ARC) request with the proposed changes or additions. Once received, the committee will review and reply with required changes to your proposal or final approval.

Please download and fill out the ARC Request form and attach all requested documentation.
Email the completed form to the Management team at info@SoKYHOA.com who will forward it to the Architectural Review Committee.
You should receive a response within two weeks.
