  • chevron_rightI want to change something on my property. Do I need to fill out an ARC request (Updated)
The following guidelines will help determine if you must submit an ARC request.

Yes, you need to submit a request:
    • I am adding a fence, shed, or secondary garage/structure to my property
    • I am remodeling the exterior of my house
    • I am installing a pool or hot tub
    • I am removing or replacing the trees or landscape shrubs from from front yard

    • I am changing the landscaping in my backyard
    • I am remodeling the interior of my home
    • I am replacing my roof with the same or equivalent materials
    • I am painting the siding/cementitious board on the exterior of my home

  • chevron_rightCan we add a front entrance gate or speed bumps? (New)
The Warren County roads department does not allow speed bumps or speed tables in residential areas due to their interference with emergency vehicles.

Installing front entrance gates is only possible if the roads are privatized and become the property of the HOA. This requires 100% of the residents voting in favor of this change and would result in significantly higher annual dues as the HOA will now be legally responsible for maintaining and repairing the roads.
  • chevron_rightWhat should I do if I witness illegal or unlawful behavior? (New)
The HOA exclusively handles items within the bylaws. If you witness illegal or unlawful activity you should contact the Warren County Sheriff's office at 270-842-1633.
